As part of the“Macau Library Week 2009”, a book exhibition will be held at the Anthony S. W. Lau Exhibition Hall of UM Library from 20th to 26th April 2009 from 9:30am to 6:30pm to celebrate the 425th Anniversary of Cambridge University Press as well as the 800th Anniversary of the University of Cambridge.

The exhibition includes classical books and series, Nobel Laureates’ publications, books published in the 19th century, electronic publishing items, university textbooks and Asian studies.

The opening ceremony will take place on 20th April 2009 (4:00pm) at the Anthony S. W. Lau Exhibition Hall. After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, there will be a talk on “Cambridge International Corpus - a powerful tool to bring real English to the learners of English” by Joseph Siu, the Director of Cambridge University Press, at 4:30pm at the same venue.
