We are pleased to announce that a new online Interlibrary Loan Request System is now available as an effort to continuously improve the Library’s service for the rapid increase of our readers using the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Service.

The features of the Interlibrary Loan Request System are as follows:
Users’ requests can be stored and forwarded directly and quickly to the Library at the same time. The status for the whole application procedure can be tracked online.

In addition, Ariel, which is a document transmission system, is employed as a part of the system improvement. It enables the documents received from our partner libraries to be directly transmitted to the requestors.

UM staff, postgraduates and year four students are all entitled to use the ILL service. Kindly use Staff / Student No. and UM e-mail address to login the system at
